Do penis enlargers actually work?
Depends what your trying to achieve.
If your trying to achive looser skin on your genetals and possible problems with your veins and vessels, then yes they work great.
Pumps and gadgets dont increase the size of the penis. Temporarily they may expand the blood vessels making the penis appear larger and puffier, yet this is not usually the desired effect. Over time damage will be done and skin may loosen.
Be careful with your dick and stay clear of gadgets, weights, pumps, pills and the other shit.
